Why can’t I choose A + C for Pro?
In most cases, Follow-Up (C) only works properly after Lead Capture (B) is set up, so Pro is A+B or B+C.
If you already have leads coming in and you truly need A + C, email me at [email protected] before buying and I’ll confirm the best option.
Do you do it “for me”?
This is a live working session. We work on your screen together.
I’ll guide you step-by-step, help clean it up, explain how it works, and make it usable going forward.
Is this only for Ontario?
No. If you’re using BoldTrail, it works anywhere.
Some wording and compliance can vary by province/state, so you’re always responsible for your local rules, but the system setup is the same.
What if I need more help later?
No problem — you can book another session anytime, or move up to Pro or Full if you want help in more than one area.
If you want, I can also send you a returning-client discount code after our session.
What should I have ready before the session?

What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule as long as it’s at least 24 hours before your session. If you miss the session or show up late, it’s non-refundable.
Do you do custom coding or advanced website work?
No. I don’t do custom coding or advanced website development. This service is focused on the BoldTrail only — clean setup, correct settings, and making it usable.
What if I’m not sure whether I should pick Basic, Pro, or Full?
If you only need help in one area, pick Basic. If you want help in two areas, pick Pro. If you want help in all three areas, pick Full.

How will I receive the recording, and how long do I have access?
I’ll send a private unlisted YouTube link within 24–48 hours after the session. If you prefer an MP4 file, just tell me and I’ll send a download link instead. The link/file is available for 14 days, so please download it if you want to keep it.
